Login to Navigator for Admins.
Select Additional Resources in the left-hand menu and select Form Management from the drop-down.
Select the name of the sent form.
In the Recipients tab, click Filter to filter results by "In Progress" or "Completed."
From here, you can choose to download a spreadsheet reflecting the completion data (student name, email, completion status, completion date).
To view form results, toggle to the Results tab. Select the Excel or CSV button to export the form data into a spreadsheet.
Note: You can also click the three dots in the upper righthand corner of this page to Add More Recipients to complete this form or Export Form Template to reupload for another use.
