The e-Profile provides flexibility to include information about interests, favorite career themes, resume, and other career portfolio items.

What is an E-Profile?

The E-Profile is a tool within Kuder Navigator that you can use to create, select, and share information about yourself with potential work-based learning providers, mentors, career advisors, colleges, employers, and more. Your e-profile is configurable and provides flexibility to include information about your interests, your favorite career themes, resume details, and other career portfolio documents.

Common Items to Include in Your E-Profile:

A personal summary/mission statement

Contact information

Employment References

A completed resume

Key knowledge and skills

Extracurricular activities

Work, writing, or art samples

Certifications

Cover letters

E-Profile Best Practices

  1. Configure and customize your personal E-Profile by selecting from one of the four available color schemes and, optionally, uploading a profile photo.

  2. Frequently edit and add to your E-Profile to keep it up-to-date and accurate.

  3. Preview your E-Profile to make sure you’ve included the right information to share. Be sure to proofread or ask someone to help you check spelling or for other corrections.

  4. Publish and share your E-Profile link with others to get feedback.

  5. Plan for how you will use your E-Profile and how you want to present your documents.

Where can you find My E-Profile in Navigator?

  1. Log into Kuder Navigator.

  2. Click on “My Portfolio” on top right of the page and choose "E-Profile".

How can I create My E-Profile?

  1. Start by choosing color scheme.

  2. You have the option to add a personal website or social media after checking-marking the appropriate box.

  3. You have the option to add a profile photo.

  4. You can add a summary about yourself.

  5. You can share as much information as you would like.

  6. You can choose to share your favorite occupations, schools, and/or majors.

  7. You can share the most recent Interest Assessment results and Skills Confidence Assessment results.

  8. You can choose to add a resume and choose to share it.

  9. You can provide any references you have stored.

  10. In the My Portfolio section, you can share as many documents as you would like.

  11. Click Save and Publish button once you have completed your e-Profile.

  12. You can Preview your e-Profile at the top of the page or Unpublish to remove access to your e-Profile.

  13. You can share your e-Profile by copying the link from the e-Profile URL box and paste according to how you would like to share the link.

How can I print My E-Profile?

  1. Click on “My e-Profile” on the left-hand menu.

  2. Select "Preview"

  3. Right click on the screen and choose “print”.

How can I save My E-Profile to a PDF?

  1. In the printer dialog box, switch the printer to “Save as PDF”.

  2. Click “Save”.

  3. Save these results in a secure spot that you have access to.
