Admins: How to Find Journey Users in ADMS

If you need to find a Journey user in your organization, you can use the Find a User search.

How to Find Journey Users

Step 1 - Log into your admin account, and select the Administration tab.

Step 2 - Select Find a User.

Step 3 - Type in the first and last name of the student and select the Search button.

Step 4 - Select the Actions button on the right side of the results to get to the account information.

Step 5 - You can reset the password and review all information in the user's account.

Note: You may find users that are no longer with your organization if they took the assessments while associated with your organization.
