Educators: How to Log In to the Alabama Career Planning System

Resource to assist teachers, counselors, and administrators with accessing their admin experience.

Follow these instructions to access the new admin experience for Alabama Career Planning

System (ACPS), featuring Kuder Navigator®.

Registration

If you had an existing ADMS login, you will still need to create an account within the new admin experience. To create your account, a unique registration link is required. Please contact your District Admin or connect with us to get started.

Please note that the password link is live for 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since receipt of the link, use the Forgot Password feature to set your password.


Login

Once you have registered for the new admin experience within Alabama Career Planning

System (ACPS), featuring Kuder Navigator®, you can access your account by completing the following steps:

  • Click on the Log In button

  • Click on 6 – 12 Login – Administrator.

  • Input your login credentials and log in.


Using the System

Your admin account provides flexible tools and resources to support managing students’
progress and generating accountability reports.

The Admin Experience Includes:
• Reporting Home: Review, manage, and access aggregate student data.

• Organize Students & Groups: View and filter student data into groups.
• Additional Resources: Access lesson plans, curriculum, family resources, and
messaging tools.
• Configure Student Plans: Set up and review graduation plans (Personal Learning Plan).
• Organization Management: Allows District and Local Admins of schools to view district and sites within the organization and manage their memberships
