4. Right click on the screen and choose “print.”

In the printer dialog box, switch the printer to “Save as PDF”.

Save these results in a secure spot that you have access to.

2. Click on “My e-Profile” on the left-hand menu. 
3. Select “Preview”.

5. In the printer dialog box, switch the printer to “Save as PDF”.
6. Click “Save”.
7. Save these results in a secure spot that you have access to.
