Sub-Org Administrators: How to Manage Users & Admins in Atlas

Org Administrators in Atlas can manage student and other admins through their administrative accounts.

How to Manage Administrators

To manage administrative users for Atlas, navigate to your Sub-Org home page by emulating. To do this click on the Emulate button and select which sub-org you wish to manage.

Once you have selected your sub org you will need to go to the menu and select Sub-org Admin Home. This will take you to the home page of the sub-org you selected.


From the Sub-Org admin home page, you can click View Details for the Manage Administrators section to see a list of all sub-org admins registered.



From here you can deactivate any existing sub-org admins registered or add new ones by clicking on the Add Administrator button.



How to Manage Users

Admins can also manage students by clicking on Manage Users from the home page. From there you can view their individual assessment results and portfolio, search for specific users, and activate or deactivate as necessary.
