Requirements for Multiple Recipients
For a form to have multiple recipient types, it must be a student driven form. The Other Recipient option only allows for one recipient and will not be attached to a student record after completion. The two form types that allow multiple recipients are Student Only and Student + Additional Recipients. The workflow where you add additional recipients automatically opens if you chose Student + Additional Recipients.
How to Change Recipient Roles
Login to Navigator for Admins
Select Forms in the left-hand menu
Select the name of the form to open additional details or create a new form
Select the pencil next to Recipient Roles
Select a Recipient Type and optionally add a Custom Display Name. The custom display name is what will be shown to the form recipients.
Select Add Recipient Type. Repeat for any additional recipients you would like to add to the form.
Select Update to return to the form builder
A signature block will be added in the toolbox under Collect Signatures for the new Recipient Role that was added to the form. Click and drag it to the location you would like to add it to on the form.
How to Remove a Recipient Role
Important Note: Removing a recipient role will remove any signature blocks of that recipient type that has been added to the form.
Login to Navigator for Admins
Select Forms in the left-hand menu
Select the name of the form to open additional details
Select the pencil next to Recipient Roles
Select a Remove next to the recipient role you would like to delete from the form
Select Update to return to the form builder. Once you select update, this can not be undone. All signatures from the recipient type that was removed will be deleted from the form automatically.
