How educators can reset their password, or how to reset the password for an educator in Kuder Galaxy.

How can I Reset My Password as a Teacher or School Admin/Counselor?

If school is Clever enabled, teacher account passwords will need to be reset by district IT team.

Teacher roles are not able to reset other educator passwords.

There are two ways that educator passwords can be reset.

Option 1: Educators can reset their own password.

Option 2: School Admin/Counselor roles can change the passwords for other educators in their Kuder Galaxy Admin.


Option 1: Educators can reset their own password.

  1. Start at the Kuder Galaxy landing page. Click here to go there!

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your email associated to your account and click Request Password Reset.

  4. Check your email to select the link to reset your password. Please note the link in the email may be time sensitive.

Please check your spam folder if the email has not been received within a few minutes.

Option 2: School Admin/Counselor roles can change the passwords for other educators in their Kuder Galaxy Admin.

  1. Login at Kuder Galaxy landing page. Click here to go there! *If you are a school-level admin, skip to Step 4.

  2. Once logged in, select the Schools tab from the left-hand navigation.

  3. Select the View icon next to the associated school.

  4. Select the Admins tab from the left-hand navigation.

  5. Search the educator's name using the filter icon next to First Name or Last Name.

  6. Select the padlock icon to the right of the educator’s name.

  7. Enter the new password and select Reset Password.
