How Students Reset Their Galaxy Password
The following instructions walk a student through resetting their own Galaxy account password.
Important Note: This is only available for students that were manually created, Clever passwords cannot be reset.
Navigate to Kuder Galaxy
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your email associated to your account and click Request Password Reset
Check your email to select the link to reset your password. The link in the email is time-sensitive and will expire after 24 hours. If over 24 hours has passed, please send a new link using steps 1-3 again.
*Please check your spam folder if the email has not been received within a few minutes.
How Educators Reset a Students Kuder Galaxy Password
The following instructions walk an educator through resetting the students' Galaxy account password.
Important Note: This is only available for students that were manually created, Clever passwords cannot be reset.
Login to Kuder Galaxy
Select the Students tab from the left-hand menu
Search for the student using the filter icon next to First Name or Last Name
Select the padlock icon to the right of the student's name
Enter the new password and select Reset Password.
The student can now login using the password that was set
