Students: How to Transition from Clever or ClassLink to a Manual Login

This document walks a user though transitioning their Clever or ClassLink provisioned account to a manual login after graduation.

Students can not complete this process until they have been removed from Clever or ClassLink and set to unenrolled.

Students using Common App should not transition to a manual account until they have completed the process and their final transcript has been sent.

How to Transition to a Manual Account

Prior Clever or ClassLink users who wish to continue using Navigator can follow this easy process to keep access.

  1. Select Need Help Signing In?

  2. Select Transition from Clever

  3. Input information from your prior Clever or ClassLink account

    1. Accounts will only appear if they are set to unenrolled

  4. Complete the form to transition your account to Navigator
