Key Features of the Organization Administrator Role in Kuder Atlas®

There are many tools that can be utilized as an organization administrator in Kuder Atlas. Below are key features and instructions for use:

  • Adding sub-organizations

  • Setting up local resources & resource groups

  • Setting up local industries

  • Setting up local institutions

  • Viewing reports

Adding Sub-organizations

Organization administrators can add sub-organizations by clicking “add sub-organization" and entering the name.


Setting up Local Resources & Resource Groups

Local resources and resource groups can be created to ensure your end users have access to the most relevant information. Resource groups are a classification system to organize your resources. An example of a resource group might be “Scholarship information.”

To create a resource group, follow these three steps:

  1. Click on “Resource Groups” on the left menu.

  2. Enter your information and proceed to click "Add Group."

  3. Enter the details of your group and click “submit.”


To upload a resource, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “local resources” on the menu.

  2. Click “Add Resource.”

  3. Enter the details and click “Submit.”


Setting up Local Industries

An organization admin can indicate which industries in your location are high priority by following these steps:

  1. Click on “Industries” in the menu.

  2. Select "Add Industry.”

  3. Enter the name of the industry and write a description.

  4. Complete the remainder of the information and assign occupations to the industry.


Setting up Local Institutions

An organization admin can indicate which institutions in your location are high priority by following these steps:

  1. Click “manage local institutions” on the menu.

  2. Select “Add Institution.”

  3. Enter the required information and click “submit.”


Viewing Reports

Quickly view organizational reports by clicking on “View Org Reports” in the menu. Here, you can view the details regarding the number of registered users and number of assessments taken.
