Step 1 - When logged into your administrative account click on the Reports tab.
Step 2 - Select Education Plans.
Step 3 – Choose Report Details criteria:
Report Type
Education Plan Status
Report: You will choose from one of the following options.
Summary
Summary of users' ed plan statuses
Not Started Student List
List of users that have not started an ed plan based on your criteria
Not Completed Student List
List of users that have not completed an ed plan based on your criteria
Pending Approval Student List
List of users that have submitted their ed plan for approval based on your criteria
This is where you can approve each ed plan (Refer to Approving Ed Plans below)
Approved Student List
List of users that have an approved ed plan based on your criteria
Denied Education Plan
List of users that have a denied ed plan based on your criteria
Step 4 – In the Education Plan Details area, choose the following:
School Year: Any School Year*
Grade Level: All Grade Levels*
*By selecting Any School Year and All Grade Levels, this avoids the error of students choosing the incorrect school year and grade level when creating their ed plan.
Step 5 – In the User Details area, choose the Graduation Year you need.
*You can expand the graduation years by clicking the plus sign symbol.
Step 6 - Click View Report.
Step 7 - After clicking View Report, you will get a list of the users based on the report criteria chosen.
Approving Ed Plans
If you selected the Pending Approval Student List, you will get a list of users who have submitted their ed plan for approval. You can view these plans by selecting the blue Actions button to the right of the student’s name.
*Education plans can only be approved or denied individually.
While viewing the student’s ed plan you can click on “click to review” in the school signature field.
You can then approve or deny the student’s ed plan by clicking on the approve or deny button. You can also leave a comment that the student can see on their ed plan.
Once a student’s ed plan is approved, the student’s name will appear in the Approved Student List report.
Mass Printing Ed Plans
Student ed plans can be mass printed by selecting the Approved Student List for the ed plan report criteria. (Refer to Step 3.)
Once the criteria is selected, click View Report.
Towards the bottom of the list, there is a Download All Approved Plans button.
Back on the report criteria page, there will be a section for Requested Report Downloads where you can select Download Report.
Additional Report Options
If you would like to get a count of students who selected a certain course or area of study, you can update the Report Type to Planned Enrollment (course selections) or Areas of Study.
Then choose a Report option.
