How to Edit Education Plans
Once an education plan has been submitted by a student, an administrator can edit then approve the plan.
Log in to Alabama Career Planning System Administrator Account
On the Reporting Home select the Education Plans report
Set filters to narrow down the selection of students needed to review
Review the submitted education plan for accuracy and requirement completion
Make any needed edits using the instructions below
Select Edit Plan
Click on the grade to expand the edit options
Add new courses or change/delete existing courses
Hit Save or Cancel to go back to the full ed plan review
Make any needed notes of changes or suggestions using the instructions below
Select Notes
Type out notes of edits that were made or suggestions for the next attempt
Hit Close to go back to the full ed plan review, it will save what you have typed
Select to Approve or Deny the education plan based on execution by the student
Approving the Plan will fill in the check mark next to "Reviewed by School"
Denying the plan will fill in the check mark next to "Reviewed by School" but will not be accepted as a completed plan for the student
If you selected multiple to review at the same time hit Next Plan to review the submitted plan of the next student
