If school is Clever enabled, the district IT team will need to reset the password.
Step 1 – Go to navigator.kuder.com, or your organization's custom landing page.
You can go here for a list of active statewide systems powered by Kuder.
Step 2 – Enter your username.
Step 3 – Click the Forgot Password link.
Step 4 – Enter the answer to your security question, the ZIP code you entered when you created your account, and a new password.
Helpful Tip: If you get a message that the information you entered is incorrect, try using another zip code or a variation of your secret answer.
Step 5 – Click Update My Password.
Step 6 – Return to the log in page and log in using your new password.
