Pathways Link is a customizable tool for educators to assist students with matching and choosing CTE Pathways offered at their district or school based on their assessment results. Courses can be listed with descriptions to inform students on course load and CTE Pathway completion requirements.

Students will match to pathways based on their skills confidence or interest assessments results. The work values assessment will not match students to pathways.

Select My Portfolio from the top menu

Select Results under a completed interest or skills assessment on the home page

1. Assessment results can also be found by selecting My Portfolio from the top menu and then selecting Assessment Results

Select the Majors to Explore tab from the top menu

View pathway matches related to assessment results

1. Log in to <a href="https://navigator.kuder.com/account/login-register" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kuder Navigator</a>
2. Select My Portfolio from the top menu
3. Select Results under a completed interest or skills assessment on the home page

4. Select the Majors to Explore tab from the top menu
5. View pathway matches related to assessment results
6. Favorite pathways of interest

How to Find All Pathways Offered at the District or School

Select Plan For Education from the left-hand menu

Select the Pathways Link from the dropdown

1. The name of Pathways Link will be unique to the district
2. Ex: District Name Pathways

View pathways by sorting by Keyword, Pathway, Program or School offered

2. Select Plan For Education from the left-hand menu
3. Select the Pathways Link from the dropdown
 1. The name of Pathways Link will be unique to the district
 2. Ex: District Name Pathways
4. View pathways by sorting by Keyword, Pathway, Program or School offered
5. Favorite pathways of interest
