Educators: How to Send a Form to Students

How to send saved forms to students via email.

Important Note: Once a form is sent, it can no longer be edited. To edit a sent form, export the form as a template, then re-upload it. This does not allow changes in the selected audience (students, parents, other, etc.).

How to Send a Form to Students

  1. Select Additional Resources in the left-hand menu and select Form Management from the drop-down

  2. Select the name of the form needing sent

  3. Navigate to Send Form

  4. Select the Students and/or Parents

    1. Filter by School

    2. Filter by Group

    3. Filter by Grade Level

    4. Select the box to the left of their name

  5. Select Send Form

  6. Enter a Subject (Max 100 Characters)

  7. Enter a Message (Max 500 Characters)

  8. Select Send Form

  9. Form will be sent using: Your Name <donotreply@kudermail.com>

Note: While you cannot resend a form to the same students and/or parents without reuploading another copy, you can send the form to additional students, follow this guide.
