Overview
The Scholarship Award Report lists every scholarship your students have started, applied for, won or declined, as reported by the students themselves. Use it to see which students received awards, how much they were worth, and which applications are still pending.
The report covers local, national and student-added (outside) scholarships. Students who aren't assigned to a school are not included, so totals may differ from other reports.
Step 1: Choose your schools and date range
The three selectors at the top of the report control which records load.
1. Districts shows your district. It is locked if your account covers a single district.
2. Schools: open the dropdown and check the schools you want. Choose Select All to include every school in the district. The box shows how many schools are selected (for example, "3 schools selected").
3. Date: choose Current Academic Year, Last Academic Year, Today or Custom Date Range.
Step 2: Read the report
Each row is one scholarship for one student. A student who tracks several scholarships appears on several rows.

Student | Student's name |
Student ID | Student's ID number |
Grade | Current grade level |
School | Student's assigned school |

Status values
• Started: the student has begun but not submitted an application.

• Awarded: the student received the scholarship.
• Not selected: the student applied but did not receive it.
• Declined: the student turned the scholarship down.
Scroll the table right to see Amount, Deadline and Last updated on smaller screens.
Step 3: Find students who received awards
Use the Filter panel to narrow the list to awarded scholarships.
1. Click Filter (the blue button to the right of the search box).
2. Under Application Status, check Awarded. Add other statuses, such as Applied, to track pending applications at the same time.
3. Under Data source, optionally check Local, National or Added by student to limit results to one type of scholarship.
4. Click Apply. Click Clear to remove all selections.
Narrow the list further
• Search: type a student name, school or scholarship in the search box to find specific records.
• Sort: click any column header, such as Amount or Last updated, to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order.
• Rows per page: change it at the bottom of the table (10 to 30) to see more records at once.
Step 4: Export the report and follow up
Click the download icon (to the right of the search box) to download the report and share it or keep a record outside Navigator.
Tips for Tracking Awards
Statuses are self-reported. If a student told you about an award but the report still shows Applied, ask them to update the scholarship in their Navigator account.
Sort by Last updated to see recent changes first, and by Deadline to find applications that may need a reminder.
Filter to Started to find students who began an application but haven't submitted it.
If a student is missing, check that they are assigned to a school. Unassigned students don't appear in this report.
