Kuder Navigator®

An update to Peterson's Test Prep resources will release to reflect the new test structure. Please note that with a course refresh, any current data will be overwritten.

Recent Releases:

Wage Tracking & Reporting will allow students to track wages by work-based learning opportunity and educators will be able to report on this information. Students will be able to upload accompanying verification.
For work-based learning, admins can now update statuses for individuals and groups to mass-assign, approve requests, and mass-complete opportunities more efficiently. Plus, admins can create groups directly from the opportunity screen.
Visibility has been expanded for opportunities aligned to assessment results. Admins can align each opportunity with up to three career clusters or occupations, creating stronger, more relevant recommendations for students.
WBL participation management has been updated with the features and processes below:
- Scheduling has been removed from the workflow.
- Students who request to participate will move to In Progress as their request is accepted, where they are prompted to complete the required tasks.
- “Student Participation Dates” are now optional, used only for reference and reporting on when a student participated in an opportunity.
- To mass assign students to an opportunity, admins will now select between marking them as Completed or In Progress, which will trigger requirements to be completed manually through the system.
Common App forms are now able to be auto-filled with generalized data to streamline the process for educators and to save time.
In Oklahoma, educators are now able to edit ICAP report statuses to account for activities students have completed outside of the system.
College Match has been updated to mimic the look and feel of the new Navigator experience. Students also now enter their SAI (Student Aid Index) in place of EFC (Expected Financial Contribution) to follow the new FAFSA standards.

A new feature has been released called Form Management! This robust form builder has the ability to standardize and streamline data collection.
Our assessment suite has expanded to include four AchieveWorks® assessments through our partnership with Human eSources, fueling expanded self-discovery and career exploration! Contact our team to learn more about this add-on.
A new Plans After High School Report is available within the Navigator admin experience summarizing students' postsecondary plans for educators and counselors to review.
The Navigator admin experience offers expanded messaging capabilities, including built-in emailing to students, parents, or both for districts with this add-on enabled.
The My College Applications page now has a refreshed look to empower students to easily review and track their college applications.
Students can enter external assessment scores for the SAT, ACT, PSAT, and more.
A new report is now available to track end of year decisions made by students to enable educators and administrators to track student outcomes by seeing an overview of college applications that a student has submitted and their final attendance decision.
Students can enter additional status updates using "My College Applications" for both Common App and direct college applications.
To report on applications outside of Common App, students can track direct applications and admins can see a direction application status report.

New WBL workflows allow for educators to Mass Assign Students to opportunities.
A new WBL report is available called Opportunities Businesses Provide that allows educators to filter and contact businesses willing to provide specific opportunity types.
Opportunities can now be made available to students per site, allowing administrators at specific schools to keep their opportunities at just their school.
Opportunities are now filtered to students by Spots Available and Application Deadline.
Time tracking functionality has been added for students to track time on select opportunities.
Administrators now have a variety of avenues to invite business partners to participate, including by adding them to an existing business profile.
