Kuder Navigator®
A new feature has been released called Form Management! This robust form builder has the ability to standardize and streamline data collection.
Our assessment suite has expanded to include four AchieveWorks® assessments through our partnership with Human eSources, fueling expanded self-discovery and career exploration! Contact our team to learn more about this add-on.
An expanded Student Details Page is available within the Navigator admin experience to include college application details, transcripts, external assessment results, and job search documents.
An overview of students' ACT, SAT, and PSAT performance is available in the new External Assessments Report in the Navigator admin experience.
A new Plans After High School Report is available within the Navigator admin experience summarizing students' postsecondary plans for educators and counselors to review.
The Navigator admin experience offers expanded messaging capabilities, including built-in emailing to students, parents, or both for districts with this add-on enabled.
The My College Applications page now has a refreshed look to empower students to easily review and track their college applications.
Updated notification workflows and daily digest emails have been enabled to alert educators, counselors, and administrators of the following; Parchment requests, Common App notifications.
Students can enter external assessment scores for the SAT, ACT, PSAT, and more.
A new report is now available to track end of year decisions made by students to enable educators and administrators to track student outcomes by seeing an overview of college applications that a student has submitted and their final attendance decision.
Students can enter additional status updates using "My College Applications" for both Common App and direct college applications.
To report on applications outside of Common App, students can track direct applications and admins can see a direction application status report.
A new college application status report is available within the admin experience for Navigator. The report provides a status of materials required to support Common Applications, transcripts, recommendations, and more.
Counselors are now able to upload transcripts to Parchment from the Navigator admin experience.
Kuder Connect 2 Business®
A new Opportunity Time Entries report is available for admins to see the times entered by students assigned to an educator or administrator by opportunity type.
Time tracking functionality has been added for students to track time on select opportunities, which also adds additional reporting capabilities for admins.
Administrators now have a variety of avenues to invite business partners to participate, including by adding them to an existing business profile.
WBL Admins can auto-approve and auto-complete opportunities for students.
WBL Admins can streamline opportunity management by adding a list of students to an opportunity and marking the opportunity as complete for group experiences.
The Regional Staff Role now includes WBL options. This update will also provide the Regional Staff with the ability to configure Grad Plan, Course Manager, and the ability to see C2B pages and function as a WBL advisor.
