Educators: How to Pull Grad Plan Reports

What are Grad Plans?

In order to track student progress against district and/or state requirements, it is critical to keep close tabs on how students in each grade are advancing through required college and career readiness tasks. Common grade-specific activities to report on include:

· College entrance exam completion

· FAFSA completion

· Resume creation

· Four-year education plan submission

How can I pull a Grad Plan Report?

Once your graduation plan is set up how you'd like, you can pull reports by following these steps:

  1. Remain on the Reporting Home page and scroll down to Graduation Plan Status

  2. Sort by a variety of filters, including:

    1. Ready for Review Plans

    2. Status

    3. Student Grade Level

  3. Click into a student Graduation Plan to review which tasks have been completed or those that may need one-on-one guidance to complete.
