WBL Administrators: How to Manage and Approve Business Partners

Learn how to approve and deny work-based learning businesses created by a business partners.

Important Note: This business management feature is only available for users with the dual role Partner with Work Based Learning Advisor attributes assigned. A WBL Advisor will only have access to view businesses.

How to Approve a Business Profile

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and select Manage Work-Based Learning Tools.

  2. Select Businesses

  3. Select the box next to one or more pending business profiles

  4. Select Approve Businesses

  5. The approved business profile(s) will be now be visible to students in their Navigator portal.


How to Deny a Business Profile

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and select Manage Work-Based Learning Tools

  2. Select Businesses

  3. Click on the name of a pending business profile

  4. Select Deny Business

Note: A business profile can be changed from Denied to Approved at any time, if needed.


How to Invite a Business User

Invite a new or additional business user to an existing business profile.

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and select Manage Work-Based Learning Tools

  2. Select Businesses

  3. Search for the business using the magnifying glass

  4. Select the name of the business to open the profile

  5. Select Invite User in the top right hand corner

  6. Enter the required information

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Email

    4. Phone

  7. Select Invite User

  8. An email will be sent to the business user to finish setting up their account

Important Note: The account setup link in the email expires after 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, instruct the business user to use the Forgot Password function on the business portal of Kuder C2B.


How to Remove a Business User

A business user's access to a business profile can be removed at any time.

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and select Manage Work-Based Learning Tools

  2. Select Businesses

  3. Select Business Users

  4. Search by Business, First Name, Last Name or Email Address for the user

  5. Select the the red 'X' in the last column of the user record's row

  6. Select Yes to confirm removal
