WBL Administrators: How to Manage Job Postings for Job Board

The article shows work-based learning administrators how to view, manage, and create job postings using the Job Board feature in C2B.

Important Note: This job posting management feature is only available for users with the dual role Partner with Work-Based Learning Advisor attributes assigned. A WBL Advisor will not have access to view, manage, or create job postings.

How to Create a New Job Posting

WBL Advisors have the ability to create job postings for students seeking employment within their Kuder Navigator for Admins account.

Note: A requirement of creating a Job Posting is associating the posting to a business. Although a business can be made individually within the New Job Posting tool, businesses can also be uploaded in bulk. Learn how to bulk upload businesses here.

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Manage Work Based Learning Tools

  2. Select Job Postings

  3. Select New Job Posting

  4. Complete Required Fields

    1. Business Name

      1. Search for an existing business

      2. Create a new business by typing the name until you see 'Business Not Found' and select Create Business

    2. Job Name

    3. Job Description

    4. Application Instructions (Optional)

    5. Job Posting URL

  5. Select Save


How to Edit a Job Posting

WBL Advisors have the ability to edit existing job postings within their Kuder Navigator for Admins account.

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Manage Work Based Learning Tools

  2. Select Job Postings

  3. Search for the job posting needing updated using the Magnifying Glass Icon

  4. Select the Pencil Icon

  5. Edit needed Required Fields

    1. Business Name

      1. Search for an existing business

      2. Create a new business by typing the name until you see 'Business Not Found' and select Create Business

    2. Job Name

    3. Job Description

    4. Application Instructions (Optional)

    5. Job Posting URL

  6. Select Save


How to Delete a Job Posting

WBL Advisors have the ability to delete existing job postings within their Kuder Navigator for Admins account.

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Manage Work Based Learning Tools

  2. Select Job Postings

  3. Search for the job posting needing deleted using the Magnifying Glass Icon

  4. Select the Trash Icon

  5. Select Yes to confirm you would like to delete the job posting
