How to Add Time Entries and Wages

Learn how to track time and wages to complete requirements of a work-based learning opportunity. other instructions on managing work-based learning opportunities, see this article: Students: How to Request, Manage, and Complete WBL Opportunities.

  1. Login to Navigator

  2. On the left-hand menu select Work-Based Learning

  3. In the dropdown, select Manage Opportunities

  4. Select the name of an opportunity that is In Progress

  5. Select Add Time/Wages

  6. Complete Required Fields

    1. Activity Title

    2. Activity Date

    3. Activity Duration (HH & MM)

    4. Total Wages Earned (Optional)

    5. Upload File (Optional)

    6. Related Requirement (Optional)

  7. Select Confirm


How to Edit Time and Wage Entries

  1. Login to Navigator

  2. On the left-hand menu select Work-Based Learning

  3. In the dropdown, select Manage Opportunities

  4. Select the name of an opportunity that is In Progress

  5. Select Time/Wage Entries

  6. Edit an Existing Entry or Add an Entry
