How to Update Student Required WBL Activities per Opportunity Type
As a Partner Level WBL Advisor, you have the ability to set the criteria for students to complete Work-Based Learning opportunities. The criteria can be set to be specific to each Opportunity Type. The listed default requirements can be turned on or off depending on the needs of your organization.
Login to Navigator for Admins
On the left-hand menu. select Manage Work-Based Learning Tools
Select Opportunity Requirements
Select the Opportunity Type in which you would like to change activity requirements
Turn off default activities by using the toggle switch

WBL Opportunity
Post-Opportunity Evaluation
Create custom activities by clicking the plus sign (+)
An example of a custom activity would be an activity for time required for WBL opportunity to be considered complete. This allows a student to track time to a specific requirement in their student account.

Select Save
There is a maximum of 10 requirements per opportunity type.
Note: Custom requirements will be self-reported by students with an option to upload a document to the requirement.
How to Add Questions to the Post-Opportunity Evaluation
As a Partner Level WBL Advisor, you have the ability to add additional questions to the Post-Opportunity Evaluation for Work-Based Learning opportunities.
Login to Navigator for Admins
On the left-hand menu. select Manage Work-Based Learning Tools
Select Opportunity Requirements
Select the Post-Opportunity Evaluation Tab on the top navigation
Create custom questions by clicking the plus sign (+)
Complete the Question Title
Select Save
Note: Custom Questions will be short answer for the student to complete.
