Educator User Guide: How to Send a Form

Form Management is an additional feature in Navigator for collecting and organizing information. Directions for sending a saved form to students via email can be found below.

Important Note: Once a form is sent, it can no longer be edited. To edit a sent form, export the form as a template, then re-upload it. This does not allow changes in the selected audience (students, parents, other, etc.).

  1. Select Additional Resources in the left-hand menu and select Form Management from the drop-down.

  2. Select the name of the form needing to be sent.

  3. Navigate to Send Form.

  4. Sort by school or group, or filter by grade to select the Students and/or Parents.

  5. Select Send Form.

  6. Add subject and message and select Send Form.

  7. Form will be sent using: Your Name <donotreply@kudermail.com>

Note: While you cannot resend a form to the same students and/or parents without reuploading another copy, you can send the form to additional students, follow this guide.
