Updated over a week ago

Navigator for Admins has a variety of reports that you can readily use to get a view of student progress. To access these reports, log into your account and go to the front page by clicking Reporting Home. Scroll down below the overview graphs and you'll see these reports.

Assessment Summary

Here, you can get a wide view that shows the breakdown of National Clusters or Holland Codes for the Career Interest and Skills Confidence assessments. You can filter the lists by school or your custom groups. Switching from National Career Clusters and Holland Code is as simple as clicking the toggle on the right of the report.

If you have multiple schools, you can select specific ones. You can also change which academic year you're looking at, as well as change assessments.

If you click on one of the displayed bars, it will highlight the bar and display the students within that cluster or code below the graph. You can view this by scrolling down the page.

When you've selected a cluster or code, and you're looking at the list of students, you have the option to Search for a student, Print (to a PDF or as a printout), Download (as an Excel CSV file), or Filter the list.

This report is great for getting a broad understanding of what your students are interested in, which many districts use to help plan guest speakers and career fairs. You can even select students and add them to a group by clicking the checkmarks on the left and clicking Add Students to Group.

Assessment Status

The Assessment Status report is used to show which students have completed their assessments.

You can filter by groups or schools, grade level, assessment type, and academic year.

Education Plans

The Education Plan report will be one of the most important reports you use. It displays how many students have Approved, Submitted, Started, Not Started, or Denied education plans. Like other reports, you can filter by group, school, academic year, grade level, and status.

You can select multiple students to review their plans at a time. When selected, you will have a few options to choose from.

Important: Depending on your district/state's rules, you may or may not have access to the Bulk Approve option. Please reach out if you have questions.

While there currently isn't a bulk-print option for reporting, you can select as many students as you like and click Review Selected Plans. This will take you to a page where you can view and print selected plans in succession. This makes the process easier, until we introduce a bulk-print solution.

Graduation Plan Status

The Graduation Plan Status report operates very similarly to the Education Plan Report. This report gives you a good view of how many graduation plans have been created or reviewed.

As before, you can select multiple students to review plans in succession, or you can just click View Ready to Review Plans to go straight to the whole list.

Graduation Plan Detail

The Graduation Plan Detail report lets you look at each grade to see what steps in your school's graduation plan need to be completed. Once you select a grade level, a graph will appear that displays the number of students who have completed each step.

Scrolling down will display the students in that grade. You can click each bar in the graph to display what date the students in the table completed that step in the plan. In the following example, I've selected the Personal Goals section of the report.

From here, you can print out the report or download it as a spreadsheet.

Goals Summary

This report gives you a breakdown of how many of each goal type a student has created. It also measures the progress of each student towards the completion of their goal.

Student Activity

The Student Activity report is an excellent way to view a checklist of what your students have completed in the system.

Here, you can track what parts of the system your students have completed. If you're wanting a view of student progress throughout the system as a whole, this is a great report to check out. As with other reports, you can filter the list to view particular students.

Favorites Summary

The Favorites Summary report is how you can view the favorites your students have saved to their account. Many districts use this to help plan job fairs and guest speakers. It's also a great way to make sure students are engaging with their assessment results and exploring occupations and interests.

There are several things that students can favorite, which are the options for you to view. Clicking one will display the most favorited among all of your students. If you click one of the bars in the displayed graph, you'll see a list of students who favorited that item below.
