Access key activities to set you and your students up for success this school year.

Reporting Activities

  • Identify reporting needed to meet district and/or state requirements.

    • Reporting may be needed to meet the identified requirements of your district and/or state, including:

      • 5th grade students have completed "I" statements to reflect that they can describe the impact of personal interests and abilities on career choices.

      • 4th grade students can describe a range of careers to span multiple career clusters.

      • 3rd grade students can recognize jobs available within their own community.

System Checks & Maintenance

  • Verify your user role in your admin experience to ensure you have the views and access you need.

  • Add or request access for any new educators or counselors in your building that need system access.

  • Ensure your students are set up to access their account.

    • For districts using Clever or ClassLink, ensure you can view all your students.

    • For districts utilizing the Galaxy log in, ensure you have a pre-filled sheet with usernames and passwords to assign out to your students.

  • Set up your classroom in Galaxy to easily see your students' activity within the system.

Training & Resources

  • Identify product training needs to start off the school year effectively:

    • Review the Galaxy student experience for a refresher on how to effectively lead students through the tools available to them with an overview video or contact your Account Manager.

  • Review the career exploration lesson plans available to you via the Galaxy administrative experience.

  • Deck out your classroom with Galaxy posters and career exploration materials! If you want a printed copy, contact our team at support@kuder.com and we'll send one to you!

Student & Family Engagement

  • Share early career exploration resources with family members and guardians to help support students in learning key concepts this year.

  • Engage families during school conferences on the resources available for their students.

  • Share the resources available to students with our Awareness Kit template.
